Vegan Cinnamon Raisin Bread-for the Bread Maker

  • Bread Maker


  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp bread machine yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup raisins


  • Add all ingredients EXCEPT raisins into the bread maker, in the order recommended in your bread machines manual.
  • Select the "Sweet" cycle
  • When the machine beeps for the "add ingredient" signal, pour in the raisins.


Allow your bread to fully cool before slicing.
You can make this bread the night before and leave it in the bread maker to be sliced the next morning.
